Payment of OCI Fee

At High Commission’s Counter – by Debit Card only. We do not accept Credit Cards/Money Orders/Credit Card/Bank cheques etc.

Online Bank Transfer (https://www.hciwellington.gov.in/page/fee-payment/). The applicant would need to attach a printed confirmation of the payment made along with the application.

Please note that no partial refund of Fees will be made in the event of an OCI application being rejected. Fee once received will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if the application is withdrawn by the applicant or services not provided to the individual if his/her case does not qualify for that particular services.
