- Please note that no queries regarding receipt of applications, status of visas, passports, OCI or miscellaneous consular services will be entertained before the processing time limit indicated for each service.
- Processing time of applications is calculated from the date of receipt of application at the High Commission.

EMERGENCY CASES:
Emergency Visa/Passport Services, after office hours, on working days, from 7 to 8 p.m. and on Holidays, between 1.30 to 2.30 p.m. only. Do not call this number for status enquiry or general information. MOBILE 021-539817. Emergencies by definition refer to unexpected urgent situations. Emergency applications must be supported by documentary evidence. Holidays, business trips, confirmed bookings made before obtaining visa do not qualify as emergencies and will not be treated as such.
