Trataka Workshop

High Commission of India, Wellington organized Trataka Workshop. This was a special workshop on traditional Hatha Yoga Cleansing practice called "shatkarmas". Expert taught unique candle gazing meditation, thumb, and shoulder gazing techniques extremely beneficial for the cleansing of the eyes and mind. Many yoga enthusiasts attended this unique workshop and experienced various benefits.
